Host your own virtual seminar

Printing-expo virtual conference venue can be branded and self-contained on you own company website and/or as part of the printing-expo virtual exhibition. Revenue can be gained by selling partner and event sponsor stands in the exhibition floor space area that visitors will pass through to access the seminar room. Additional ‘break-out’ and ‘chat room’ areas can be added too.

Functionality can be built on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with the event organiser. Below is an example of typical functions found at a digital event:

Conference Venue

The digital event will be given a ‘physical form’ to help bridge the gap between the live and digital. Just like a physical venue, visitors will arrive at the reception area and travel through the conference hall to experience the full suite of interactive content. We have a standard

venue layout that has been developed to deliver the best performance. Bespoke venues can be quoted for and built on request.

Exhibition Foyer / Reception

Every event needs a starting point; an area for visitors to acclimatise to their surroundings and become familiar with the tools available to them. The exhibition foyer serves as training space to show visitors how to navigate through the show, while also operating as an introduction to the exhibition itself as well as an area for visitor registration to the event if you choose to make this a requirement.

Exhibition Floorspace

The exhibition area is typically positioned between the foyer and the seminar rooms. This is where exhibitors and event sponsors will be positioned, meaning they are guaranteed footfall as visitors move through the environment. A selection of 3x3 metre and 6x3 metre

stands are available with a templated design to make it easy for all exhibitors so submit content for their stand. Existing materials such as graphics, posters pull-up banners, brochures, videos etc. will all be usable.

Seminar Room

The seminar room offers a series of presentations and videos from the live event. These will be available ‘on-demand’ to all registered visitors and can be updated and added throughout the life of the show. An additional ‘live-chat’ function can be included to allow

the exhibitors to host scheduled webinars with Q&A sessions.

Content Management (Back End)

The CMS package will be available to the exhibition team and all exhibitors to enable them to manage their own individual hotspot content throughout the show. This is achieved through an easy to use web-based dashboard.

Visitor Invitation, Registration and Statistics (Back End)

Our GDPR compliant CRM package will allow the exhibition team and show partners to monitor traffic, review the popularity of its contents and forward validated sales leads onto the appropriate sales teams
